Want to vacation in Cabo over New Years?
I'm a happy timeshare owner at the All Inclusive Beach & Golf Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico (part of the Melia Vacation Club).
For 2010 I booked week 52 (this includes both Christmas day and New Years). However, due to my work schedule I will not be able to use it and am therefore am offering it as a one year exchange.
I am interested in exchanging for a week in the 2011 or 2012 year during a prime or shoulder season in the more exotic islands of the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, or New York City. (Please Note: I didn't have the patience to specify every resort area that I would be willing to trade for).
Here's some further information concerning the rental:
Check-In: Saturday, December 25, 2010
Check-Out: Saturday, January 1, 2010
Unit Type: Two Bedroom Lockoff. This is a very spacious unit that can easily accommodate eight or more people, including two separate families. The unit includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room (which has a sofa that transforms into a pull-out bed), a dining room, a kitchen, and a balcony.
Optional All Inclusive Feature: You can choose whether you want to utilize the resort's all-inclusive feature. The all-inclusive cost is $55 per adult per day and $31.50 per child 6-12 years old. You can choose whether you want to pay the all-inclusive fee or instead handle your own meals by visiting the areas many wonderful restaurants or using the kitchen in the unit. To get the best of both worlds, you can use the all-inclusive feature for only a portion of your stay. (Note that the all-inclusive costs are higher if you use it for less than 3 days).
