One Bedroom/One Bath unit at Harborside in Phase 1 (which has the larger units and better views). This fixed July week is the perfect family vacation time because the water temperature is optimal for all the waterpark features. Four daily passes (typically over $100 per person) to enjoy all the Atlantis facilities are included which is why our family never spends any time in the condo. (and the maintenance fees for this condo are approximately $1400).
We would like to trade this unit for at least a 1 BD unit that has a kitchen and washer/dryer with an oceanview or better. Otherwise, there is no way I can talk my teens out of skipping Atlantis for a year.
