I am looking to buy a unit at a premium resort (II Premiere, RCI Gold Crown, or similar 5* property) in Mexico. I prefer Playa del Carmen/Riviera Maya over all other areas but will also consider Cabo San Lucas or Riviera Nayarit properties. I will consider week 51, week 52, or ideally both 51 and 52 as well as week 13 or 12-13, 13-14. I prefer 2 br units but will also consider larger 1br units such as the units at Hacienda Del Mar in Cabo which has units with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. Must sleep at least 4 in beds (not sofa beds). Properties that come to mind include (but are not limited too) Royal Haciendas in Playa, Hacienda del Mar in Cabo, Grand Luxxe, Royal Haciendas in Playa, Westin Lagunamar (Cancun), Royale Casitas Spa and Beach Resort (Playa area), El Dorado (both Royale and Seaside), Club Casa Dorado, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, Pueblo Bonito Rose Spa, and there are others.
