My wife and I are looking to buy into Smugglers Notch. We are looking private resale and resale through the resort. We are looking for at minimum 2 bedrooms, but hoping we can afford 3. We need the unit to have access to at least one pool as we are not sure if we're going to purchase benefits package. price is key because benefits package now costs $1250 per person per week, so with 3 or 4 people that adds a lot to our costs. We prefer week 27 (4th of july week), cannot do week 26, but based on rci points values, are willing to consider through week 33. we prefer not to have a floating week as it doubles our MF, but we will consider it if it has one attached. If you know your weeks' points values and if you've rented it and have values, that would be great. Proof is even better :-)
