Looking to buy 1BR units at Samoset Resort in weeks 21, 22 and 23.

We are looking for a week 29 or 30 at Attitash Mountain Village with a minimum of two bedrooms. We would prefer a lockout but would not reject a two bedroom if the layout worked (we own at Attitash and know that the layouts vary greatly). We are not interested in a week converted to points unless the underlying week is 29 or 30. We are seeking a unit that could be found in the Bargain Basement ($500+/-) but are willing to be reasonable depending on the unit; we as the buyer would pay closing costs.

I’m looking to buy a 3BR annual unit at Smuggs. Prefer ski season so weeks 1-12 or 51/52. Have traded in to Smuggs before but hoping to take on an ownership. Email preferred and responded to quicker.
