OCEANFRONT unit wanted for rent, 7 - 30 days per year. Keep me in mind for 2024 and beyond. Prefer to rent directly from owner. Please, no brokers. I have been both landlord and renter for 25 years, but having sold my 10 timeshare weeks, am now looking for a place to rent each winter. Willing to make multiple trips, the time blocks don't necessarily have to be contiguous. Will consider other USA warm weather destinations of comparable quality.
