$0 cost for 4 units with four floating weeks remaining in 2026

We own four fully paid up units with all weeks available for 2026. We need to quitclaim to another party who will take over maintenance starting January 2027. We will cover the closing costs thru Arizona Timeshare Closings.

We have owned AR units since the 1980s when my wife’s parents bought in. Generations have enjoyed it and it is getting even better with recent remodels. Sadly, due to emerging health issues with my wife and daughter, we must completely restructure our finances toward likelihood of raising granddaughters.

Quitclaims for fewer than 4 weeks are negotiable.
