Free 3 BR - 2 Bath Timeshare in MURRELS INLET, SC

I’m currently a Wyndham Platinum Owner and have been for over 10 years. We have really enjoyed the memories that we’ve had with our family and friends. However, we bought a motorhome for our retirement travel now and going through the Certified Exit Program. One way that made us Platinum is that we had a PIC. It is part of the PIC Plus Program. It’s located in Murrels Inlet, SC (MB). I’m looking for someone to take it over. All you need to pay is for the deed change over which is about $500. (This is negotiable) Maintenance Fees are about $1,100 a year. I always used this PIC to deposit through RCI and over to Wyndham for 254,000 points. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom at Atalaya Towers. It is an annual float weeks 15-19 & 37-43. They are flexible on these weeks.
It’s a great way to get those extra benefits to take you to the VIP Level if you are a Wyndham owner. Otherwise, it’s a really good yearly maintenance fee for a 3 bedroom for a week.
