Located in Building #7 which houses fitness center, hot tub, sauna and game room with direct views of Attitash Mountain. Week #9. This condo is a short walk across the footpath that crosses the railroad tracks to the main building which also has hot tubs, game room, indoor pool, restaurant/bar and management offices. 2 Bedroom Condo that sleeps 10 on 3 floors. Recently remodeled. First floor - Kitchen(fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, stove/oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher), dining area, living room (pull out queen couch) with gas fireplace, AC unit, TV with DVD player, queen murphy bed, walkout to deck, full bath with jetted tub, multiple closets. Second floor is a potential lock-off with separate entrance - Queen bed, queen pull-out couch, heat/AC unit, TV with DVD player, kitchenette, full bath, stacked washer and dryer. Third floor - Queen bed, TV, full bath and spectacular views. Near outdoor(summer) pool and outdoor hot tub, skating rink, x-country ski/snowshoe trails along the Saco River. Many other ski resorts nearby. Numerous restaurants, entertainment opportunities and outlet shopping areas nearby Make this a family/friends winter ski vacation tradition! Next years Maintenance Fee has been paid!
