Attitash Mountain Village in Bartlett, New Hampshire, located in the heart of the White Mountains near North Conway.
We have not used our ownership in several years and would like to transfer it to someone who will enjoy it. We are not looking to make money on the sale. The purchase price is $0; the new owner will be responsible for the resort assessment and transfer costs detailed below.

• APHF4 – Week 36 – falls during Labor Day week for three years, followed by three years when it falls the week after Labor Day, then the cycle repeats.
• Labor Day Week in both 2027 & 2028

Attitash Mountain Village
Attitash Mountain Village is located in Bartlett, NH, near North Conway and provides a great base for enjoying the White Mountains year-round, including skiing, hiking, biking, sightseeing and family vacations.
The resort is currently undergoing a major resort improvement program, with planned upgrades including interior renovations, painting, roofing, exterior improvements and infrastructure upgrades.
Special Assessment & Buyer Costs
There is a $2,035 special assessment for this ownership associated with the current resort improvement program.
Attitash requires the $2,035 assessment to be paid by the new owner before the ownership can be transferred.
Purchase price to seller: $0
Buyer is responsible for:
• $2,035 resort improvement assessment
• $450 Attitash ownership transfer fee
• Applicable RCI transfer/support/membership fees if transferring or using RCI
Seller receives $0 from the transaction.
Ownership Transfer
Attitash Mountain Village handles the ownership transfer and prepares the necessary transfer documents. The new owner will receive a new Interval Ownership Agreement.
Attitash has advised that ownership transfers are currently running approximately 6–10 weeks.
