March break on the Gulf in Indian Shores

I have week 12 March 21 to March 28, 2026 available for rent. This is a very nice timeshare unit. It was completely renovated and they did a very good job. I own Unit 206 facing the intracoastal waterway. Master bedroom has king bed with large master bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds and private bathroom. There is a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room. Large kitchen with full size appliances; even a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Dining area and living area with patio off the living room. I said oceanview and I suppose technically it is but it is the intracoastal waterway. It is only a 1 minute walk to the Gulfside. It really is only 1 minute. You just cross the street. The layout makes for a very private condo unit. This building has 8 units with 4 units on one side, the elevator in the middle and then 4 units on the other side. So basically your side is completely private. It is handicap accessible. There is a patio/deck on the west and a patio deck on the east. The units are well appointed with lots of space, many closets, a well equipped kitchen. The weeks are March break and this area is quiet as the spring break students tend to be in Clearwater or St. Pete's. The beach is wonderful. There is a large pool area recently renovated due to hurricane damage. It is a pleasant and very easy drive from Tampa Airport. The timeshare buildings are well maintained and there is ample parking space. There are three buildings that make up the Bay and Beach Club: one building overlooks the Gulf, the second building is in the middle and the third building (my timeshare unit #206) overlooks the intracoastal waterway. This view is lovely and peaceful, with morning sunrises and lots of birds and fish jumping and dolphins make their way down the intracoastal. There is a good sized deck and BBQ's just outside the unit. There is the Trolley that travels up and down the street and if you don't want to drive to Clearwater (I never did - I always took the trolley as it was easy and inexpensive), you can just jump on and off anywhere along the route. This is a family oriented timeshare: middle aged couples who come year after year, young families and if you have children they will enjoy the sandy beach and warm gulf waters. The rate is fair and considerably less than you would pay renting a motel, hotel or two bedroom condo and prices in Florida have really gone up. Payment are via etransfer to be arranged with renter and owner directly. Once paid I give notice to the resort and send you confirmation by email or regular mail if you prefer. I am very good at communicating with the renter.
