I am giving away my fully paid-off summer timeshare at the beautiful Belair Beach Hotel in Sint Maarten. This is a spacious 2-bedroom oceanfront unit during Week 29 (mid-July), which is perfect for summer family vacations. I love the resort, but my travel needs have changed, and I am looking to pass this along to someone who will use it. To make this an easy transfer, I will personally pay the resort's ~$250 legal transfer fee to change the names on the contract.
