Castle Villas has many Studios, Lockouts (two studios with a door in-between) a few one bedroom and one 2-bedroom unit. All units have balcony's, air conditioning, mini kitchens, queen or king beds. Saturday or Sunday Check ins.
Studios can sleep 2 or 4, Lockouts 8, one-bedroom 4 and two-bedroom 8.

All transactions go thru the resort; you are not buying from an individual.

Rooms available every week of the year and many times you can get the same room for 2 or 3 weeks in a row if you're looking to stay longer. Maintenance fees for studios and one bedroom are $1060, two bedroom and lockouts $2120. Plus some local taxes.
