FREE: 12,000 Annual Bluegreen Points (Paid Off)- Buyer Pays November Fees

We have loved using these points, but due to severe medical issues- including an implanted spinal cord stimulator, degenerative disc disease, a failed cervical fusion, and severe peripheral neuropathy - long distance travel is no longer physically possible for us. I am transitioning to early retirement and disability, so we need a clean break before the November maintenance fees are due.
The Deal: The 12,000 points are 100% free.
The Catch: The annual maintenance fees are due this coming November. The buyer must agree to take over the account and pay this upcoming November invoice.
Transfer Costs: Buyer must pay the $500 Bluegreen transfer fee and standard closing costs. We require using LT Transfers to handle the escrow and legal deed transfer safely for both parties
Club Dues: Paid through August 2027 ( Next due August 2027 currently around $ 195- $210).
Maintenance Fees: Due this coming November 2026 currently around $1685 - $1800
Total Annual Cost: ~ $1900.00
