New roof and painted exterior. Newer furniture ranch style and no one above you so very quiet. Resort has put some money into it to keep it nice and summer in Dennis Port is prime season. Walk to Wee Packet restaurant and Sundae School. Great location, even walk to restaurant/bar. We own at The Cove and we can't use this as we can't go twice each summer, so let's make a deal. This is a nice ranch unit all on one floor perfect for older couple or small family. There is another building across the street in the North building but this is ocean side with a private beach. You can use the facilities next door at The Soundings which has a pool and fire pit, plus volleyball and grills. Great location mid-Cape in prime season, you will love it.
