Free Deed and Free Closing/Transfer Fees - Breezy Point Resort - Minnesota

We are giving away our 1 BR High Village condo for free, and we will pay all closing and transfer fees! Go on vacation FREE this October! Maintenance fees and taxes are all paid for 2026. Optimum Week 41, with option to choose a different week. Week 41 typically falls over MEA Week most years - ideal for young families! This has been our annual Fall Escape, but our family is grown and we would love to see another family create lifetime memories together. It is an ideal time because many amenities are still available and not yet closed for the season - but it is quieter and less busy than the active summer months. It has been our family's favorite place to go for many years! Our week includes the option of choosing a different week if week 41 does not work for you. They will mail you a postcard and you can list 3 alternative date preferences each year.

High Village has an olympic size pool and a hot tub, as well as a child's splash pool, making it very convenient for all ages. This week also lands over Archery Deer Hunting season, so could also be an ideal week for hunters. Or, ladies, there is nothing better than shopping with your gal friends in October in nearby Nisswa and Pequot Lakes.

Our unit has an outdoor balcony patio that looks out on the woods, and is very quiet and private. It is beautiful here in the autumn with the colorful woods everywhere. There is private indoor parking, or plenty of space for parking your truck/trailer. There is also a wonderful large, shared patio area with griills. The gift shop and main buildings including the coffee shop, Breezy Center with games, and the popular restaurant which includes an outdoor patio on the lake are in very close proximity to the condo. Our timeshare owners association also owns the Pelican Center recreation building that includes an olympic sized pool with a large, winding slide, a hot tub, a basketball court, and hosts various social activities, etc.

The lake is beautiful. You can bicycle, kayak,canoe, or take a boat out - depending on the year. Some years it may be a bit chilly. You can also fish from the docks. The large Breezy Belle is typically still available - depending on the year. Lots of opportunity for family walks by the lake, in the woods, etc. Or, go horseback riding, minature golfing, or find your way through a huge maze - all in locations nearby.

Our unit has a large bedroom with outside patio access with Queen bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a TV, large closet and a whirlpool tub. The bathroom includes a sink/vanity, toilet, and a shower. The unit includes a TV in the living room and a gas fireplace, coffee table, arm chair, and couch sofa bed. It includes a mini split heat and air unit in both the living room and the bedroom areas. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, electric burners, microwave, and garbage compactor. There is a large dining table and chairs, plus 2 bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes, etc. It also includes a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

We have not used them, but RCI has been affiliated with this resort for many years if you prefer that option, and recently Capital Vacations started managing our association, and they also have other vacation options you can explore with them, if you prefer to travel to other locaitons.
