Quiet lakeside getaway

It's time: after buying our timeshare week in 1995, our age and stage of life says it's time to pass this along. We are giving away our week in the Point Place condominiums at Breezy Point Timeshare, and will pay all closing and transfer fees. Maintenance fees and taxes are paid for 2026, and we will pay the 2027 maintenance fees given the week for 2026 has passed.

This fixed week is week 19 with a Friday check in. If you fish, this week falls either the week before or the week of Minnesota's walleye opener: the Friday check-in in 2027 is the week ahead of the season and in 2028 check-in is on opening weekend. Pelican Lake is just steps from the building, and has 17 miles of shoreline, 55 feet at its deepest point, with very good fishing even from the dock. The recreation center on the resort property has recreation center a pool with a waterslide and fountain, and sauna and hot tub. There is also a full gymnasium and fitness center. Capital Vacations recently assumed management of this location, bringing their expertise to its operation. This resort is a great place to decompress and appreciate the outdoors.

Breezy Point Timeshare is part of RCI weeks, and many years we have deposited our week and exchanged in order to travel to other destinations. We have been reliably successful in accessing the regions and timeframes we wished to explore by depositing this week: it has a typical exchange power of 12 in RCI. This flexibility has easily met our changing interests over the years.
