GREAT RESORT RIGHT ON BEACH & VERY WELL MAINTAINED

WEEK 13! MARCH 28 TO APRIL 4 2026. This is a sought after resort right on the Gulf in Indian Rocks Beach. The unit is very large and well appointed. The kitchen is a good size with full size appliances. The units were recently renovated and have new furnishings and are very nice. There is a private balcony overlooking the ocean but note: this is a side unit so the balcony is smaller. I have stayed here a number of years but will not be using it this year. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, king bed, t.v., dressers and large bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, t.v., good sized closet and dresser and its own bathroom. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The resort is convenient to all of the attractions of this really lovely part of Florida and right on the Gulf. Walk from the resort onto the sandy beach and into the water. The sunsets are really wonderful to watch. The swimming pool is a good sized with a whirlpool. At this time of year the Gulf waters are refreshing to swim in. There is a great BBQ area. This is not a pet friendly resort. Non-smoking units only and there is a significant charge if you smoke in the units. This is a very well maintained resort. Everything is extremely neat and clean. There is parking on site and it is well monitored. I always enjoy my week here and if you are looking for a large, beachfront location at a reasonable price this is ideal for you. I have a rental agreement and notify the resort to confirm the reservation and communicate everything with you.
