We’ve owned since 1990 and have had so many incredible memories. We’ve loved taking walks in the woods, swimming, fishing, boating, golfing, watching wildlife, having bonfires, and playing many, many games of cards.

Sadly, my husband passed away, and my daughter lives far away. Driving to Causeway is becoming a bit challenging for me.

The unit is a cozy twin home with a queen-size bed in the main-floor bedroom, a pull-out couch in the living room, and a loft (with a door to separate noise) that has two twin beds and a pull-out couch with a small deck. It’s nestled in tall pine trees and is close to the outdoor pool.

The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace, and I’ve been told that the unit is 1,800 square feet. It has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer right in the unit. There’s also a spacious entryway to store all the fishing, boating, golfing, coolers, and other vacation gear.

This week is a Friday check-in, and at times this week includes Labor Day.

Buyer will pay any transfer or title changing fees.
