Great Resort on a point on Naples Bay, Florida. Boat dock, Pool, Restaurant/Bar by pool, Large Rec/Meeting room above office Next door to large city park; our grandchildren loved to play in park; actually, we all did. Walking distance to City docks, Beach, Downtown area, Restaurants and Art gallery area. Owned unit is 1B/51, Second floor closest to pool and club house. Free Parking This is a deeded week, Christmas week. Closest unit to pool and bay on second floor, week 51, Christmas Week. My guess is that 2026 would probably be the first year of usage. I'll work on that if we get a firm offer. Might not get deeded unit first year, depending on sale date. It is probably better described as a Bay view and Park view. This place is about as good as it gets.
Note: 8,250 Hilton points are available if you want them. Take them or leave them - up to buyer. If you want to use the unit, do not take the points. If you do, you are not guaranteed your deeded unit. It is about the best in the place.
$ 10,500 X 52 = $ 546,000 You would never buy the unit as a condo for that. You're getting it for about 25 cents on the dollar.
