The resort units have been renovated with new bathrooms and furniture including luxury mattresses and bedding. Master bedroom has King bed with en-suite bathroom and 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and separate full bathroom. Living room has sofa bed sleeps 2, TV, DVD and satellite channels and ding room seats 6. A 30' lanai balcony has sliding doors to enter from Master of Living Room. View is palm trees and partial Naples Bay. The resort has free to use: bikes/beach chairs/beach umbrellas/fishing rods/games and more. Adult pool, kid's pool and hot-tub all with a great view of Naples Bay. Snack bar beside pool with food & drinks for sale. A BBQ area is available for free use and lots of free parking on the resort property. This week includes New Years Eve/Day !
