I’m offering my Festiva Adventure Club Envoy Biennial membership, purchased in January 2014.

Church Street Inn in Charleston, South Carolina is the original home resort. Located in the heart of Charleston’s Historic District, it is within walking distance of the City Market, waterfront, restaurants, shopping, and many of the city’s most popular attractions. It is widely considered one of the most desirable home resorts in the Festiva Adventure Club system.

Ownership includes access to the entire Festiva Adventure Club network, while retaining Church Street Inn as the home resort.

The account is paid in full, current, and in good standing.

Membership Includes

* 3,600 Festiva Adventure Club points
* Envoy Biennial (odd-year) ownership

* Account current with no outstanding balance

* 3,600 unused points available through December 31, 2026
* An additional 3,600 points are scheduled to be issued January 1, 2027 (per the biennial odd-year ownership schedule)
* Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance
* I will work with the buyer to reserve a desired vacation using the current available points before transfer (subject to Festiva rules and availability)
* Current point charts provide many attractive vacation options, including lower-point stays at Church Street Inn during select seasons

Maintenance Fees

This is a biennial ownership, so regular maintenance fees are billed only in odd-numbered years.

Current odd-year Maintenance and Reserve Fees total approximately $1,517 (based on the 2025 billing). There is no regular maintenance fee billing in even-numbered years.

Transfer

Transfer will be completed through Festiva’s official transfer process for buyer protection.

Current transfer costs quoted by Festiva are:
