I have two weeks of a one bedroom that sleeps 4 and one week with a one bedroom with loft that sleeps 6. If you want to rent this year to check it out that would work. I presently have reservations for the three weeks in January.

The units are recently remodeled, up to date, and tastefully decorated. The staff is great to work with and the concierge can set you up with low cost adventures. Each week comes with a midweek cleaning and restocking. We love going there, but we have too many other choices of places to go.

This listing is for the one bedroom. The maintenance fees are 2200 for the one bedroom with loft.

The units are free, but the buyer must pay the recording fees. It is approximately 325.
