Unit 16A "Honey's Hideaway"

This is a free-standing, fully equipped. single family home with a private drive. Go up the mountain and you'll be at Ober Gatlinburg. Drive down to the first traffic light, turn left and you'll be in downtown Gatlinburg. Turn right and you'll enter the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This comfortable, modern Chalet is an easy exchange, through I.I., with other resorts and times throughout the world since it sleeps 8 and is located in a highly visited area at a popular time of the year. My wife and I bought this Chalet in the early 1980s (It was completely rebuilt in 2010) and have visited Gatlinburg many times. We have also exchanged it for other resorts in various locations and times. Our stay at the Sheriton Vancouver Wall Center would have cost over $3,500 to rent, but that cost was completely covered by our Club Chalet maintenance fee, which is currently $1,036. What a deal! But time has passed and we are no longer traveling. We've given one of our two weeks to a relative whose family has used it to visit many sights in Europe. Having run out of available relatives, we're offering it to you. If you are wanting to travel in style at low cost, thanks to the oversold timeshare market, now you can. We will pay closing costs.
