Club Wyndham Access is an ownership type which provides you with the flexibility to make advance reservations at a variety of Club Wyndham Access resorts. As a Club Wyndham Access owner, you receive an ownership certificate for the amount of Club Wyndham Access points purchased.

Take full advantage of all of the benefits that come with your Club Wyndham Access ownership including, but not limited to:

Advance Reservation Priority, also known as ARP, which allows you to book reservations 13-10 months prior to your check-in date at any Club Wyndham Access resort.
Standard reservations which can be made at any Club Wyndham resort location up to 10 months in advance of your desired check-in date.

Club Wyndham Access owners pay a “blended maintenance fee.” This means that the maintenance fees and other expenses associated with Club Wyndham Access inventory are combined, or blended, and then allocated based on the number of points you own.
