Use year January 1 to December 31: you get 938,000 points on January 1 of every year

We had transferred some unused points to the 2026 use year, so for Jan 1, 2026 to Dec 31, 2026, you'll have 1,028,500 points. 938,000 points per year after that.

Annual maintenance fee of 8329.53, billed monthly at 694.13 per month

We'll use LT Transfers for the closing. LT Transfers will handle escrow, so the transaction will be through them.

Buyer pays closing and transfer costs. This will run roughly $804: $255 closing fee, $399 Club Wyndham Transfer fee, and $150 escrow fee.

Wyndham's Transfer process can take up to 5 months.


This is a good amount of points. My wife and I loved using them. This contract allowed us to travel comfortable for about 2 months out of the year. We are remote workers and can work from anywhere. We used these points to travel across the US and work from various locations. We are now tethered to an office and have a reduced need for points.
