Sorry but we do not allow pets or smoking in any of our villa's.



We have plenty of parking for cars, boat trailers and oversized vans. There is NO additional FEE for ALL AMMENITIES that include Pool, Beach, Tennis, Jacuzzi, Parking for cars, Parking for boat trailers, local phone calls and Wi-Fi internet access. We do have a Resort fee of $20 a day plus tax for the cleaning of your villa on your departure day. This charge is automatically charged to each villa for each night. Cleaning fee is required on all reservations. We do NOT provide daily cleaning services.



Boat docks are $20 to $60 a day plus tax depending on the season.
