Check in Feb 21, check out Feb 28.
Cost is only maintenance fee that I am charged, $1225.
Full payment must be complete 30 days before check in.
Non-refundable $425 to hold then 2 more payments before Jan 22. Unit will be placed in your name at that time for your check in.
All units face ocean. This unit is on second floor, view is obstructed by palms.
