FREE – Eagle Crest Resort Deeded Interval – Owner Pays Transfer

We are looking to transfer ownership of a deeded interval at Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond, Oregon.

Resort: Eagle Crest Resort (Canyon Rim / Vacation Resort Owners Association)

Ownership: Deeded interest (1/204th undivided interest)

Annual usage

Maintenance fees approx. $1,112/year (2026)

Our mother owns several intervals but is no longer able to travel and would like to pass them along to someone who can use them. One unit you can select a week from September- June, and two units you can select your week from June through September.

The interval is FREE.

The new owner would simply take over future maintenance fees.
