Maintenance Fees are due annually in January 1. The 2026 maintenance fees are paid in full.

As a gift and incentive for you to buy this timeshare, we are willing to prepay your 2027's future maintenance fees on this timeshare week. The payment would be made to the resort and deposited into the timeshare week owners account as part of the transfer and closing process.

Seller pays all transfer fees and closing costs! The transfer will be processed and handled by a closing company who specializes in timeshare transfers.
