This is a one bedroom unit located on the ground floor with easy room access, and directly facing the ocean. The ground floor units are generally preferred as they have direct access to the oceanfront from larger patio sitting areas, and have more living space than the upper floor one bedroom units that are only accessible by stairs on each side of the building.
