About the Resort
Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a large, well-kept property just a few miles from Disney and close to Universal and SeaWorld. The resort sits on 400 acres with several pools, a lake with water sports, a small beach area, restaurants, a tiki bar, mini golf, and plenty of family activities. Villas are modern, spacious, and include full kitchens, laundry, and private balconies. It’s a great mix of relaxation and convenience if you want to be near all the Orlando attractions but not in the middle of the crowds.

RCI affiliated – great for exchanging to other resorts if you like variety

Why I’m Selling
