Each resort has its own usage chart so you are able to see what 136 points will get you different times of the year. (Pages 30-31 explain how to read the usage charts.)

In a nutshell, there is an annual maintenance fee which was $1352.50 in 2026. You get 136 EXPO points every ODD year (that carry over through the next year) to spend as you wish at any location. It is completely paid off.
