This two-bedroom villa at the Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara keeps in step with the luxurious experience offered by the rest of the resort. Each is decked out in high-end furniture and decor to exude an aura of sophistication and elegance. Touches like a fireplace, plasma-screen TV's with DVR, in- room laundry facilities and private balconies (with views of the Aviara golf course and Batiquitos Lagoon) serve only to enhance your experience.

Carlsbad is one of Southern California's top oceanside communities, and it's easy to see why. Perfect weather coupled with notoriously uncrowded beaches mean plenty of relaxing time spent along the coast. The resort allows cats and dogs (no other pets) with a 75 lb weight limit. Pet fees vary based on unit size - please contact the resort directly for additional information. The resort charges a $48/night resort fee paid to them directly once checked in.
