FREE: Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara Ownership — Available in Two-Week Packages

We are giving away our four Platinum weeks and two Gold weeks at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad, California, at no purchase price. All six weeks are for two-bedroom villas.

Our family’s travel needs have changed, and we would love for someone else to enjoy this ownership. Weeks are available in increments of two—take two, four, or all six weeks.

Current 2027 reservations:
July 10–17: Two two-bedroom villas reserved for the same dates.
September 4–18: Two consecutive one-week reservations.
November 13–27: Two consecutive one-week reservations.

Costs and transfer details:
Purchase price: $0
2027 maintenance fees: Not yet announced. 2026 fees were around $3500/ ownership week
Closing and transfer costs: Paid by the person taking ownership. LTT is fairly affordable.

There is no purchase price.
The new owner will be responsible for the 2027 maintenance fees, all future maintenance fees and assessments, and all closing and transfer costs.
The 2027 maintenance fees have not yet been announced.

Transfer of existing reservations is subject to confirmation with the resort.
