Hi everyone,

I am looking to gift my deeded timeshare at French Lick Villas in French Lick, Indiana for $0. I will cover 100% of the closing costs and deed transfer fees using a reputable closer (LT Transfers).

Current Status: Clear title, no mortgage, and maintenance fees are 100% paid up for the current year. The next maintenance fee installment will be the buyer's responsibility and is due on February 1, 2027.

RCI Account Included: I have a prepaid RCI membership through 2028 that includes a banked 2028 Deposit Year (Travel Window: Jan 2027 - Jan 2030). I will pay the RCI transfer fee so the buyer inherits the RCI membership, the prepaid years, and the active 2028 deposit.

*NOTE: RCI membership FREE transfer paid thru 2028 not applicable to buyer if transfer of ownership is not completed by 2027.

Cost to Buyer: $0.00. I am paying the closing company fees, resort transfer fees, and RCI transfer fees to ensure a clean, smooth transition.
