MAUI TIMESHARE - MOTIVATED TO TRANSFER!

Looking to transfer a biennial even-year Hibiscus timeshare unit at The Gardens at West Maui Vacation Club in Kapalua, Maui. The unit is owned free and clear and current on all maintenance fees and includes active RCI points. We are not looking to recoup any of the purchase price in return for the sale and would be willing to pay any associated closing costs/fees. This is a beautiful piece of property, it is an ideal setting for family travel, and directly across the street from Napili Bay. We simply cannot use the timeshare any longer and are looking to transfer it to someone who can make good use of it.
