I have a timeshare to give away in Gatlinburg town square. I will also pay half of next year's maintenance fees. (Around $550 and the closing costs) It's a 2 bedroom lockout. It has a flex week each year. (Weeks 1-23 and 44-52.) You can take the whole unit as one week or split it up into 2 weeks. You can also rent it out. We've had it about 18 years and we've always used it or rented it out. We've had some wonderful vacations there. It is now with capital vacations and you can swap it with other locations. We're just at a point in our life that we don't want to continue to own it.
It is paid off.
