We have owned this unit since 1990 but have to sell due to death of co-owner. Spacious 3 bedroom Town House with spectacular views of Breckenridge Ski Area and the Arapaho National Forest. Ability to exchange to other Vacatia managed properties. We routinely exchanged to the Marriott's at Park City, Utah without issue. Driving distance: Breckenridge Ski Resort 2.1 miles, Keystone 14 miles, Copper Mt 19 miles, Arapaho Basin 22 miles and Vail 38 miles.
