Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico - Floating Red (High) Week, Grand Master Suite 2BR lockout, with consistent rental history, easily traded to other Vidanta Group locations (Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Los Cabos, Acapulco, Puerto Penasco). We have owned this for 20 years and are not using as frequently. We found it very positive that when trading locations within the Vidanta group, there is no trading fee or need to bank with RCI etc, you can just call and ask directly for availability at the various locations, and can change easily if you need to switch to a different week to use or rent out. This is a 2 bedroom lockout unit with kitchen, 2 king beds, plus 2 pull out sofas in the living area. You can even use one BR with the kitchen & living area, and rent the other bedroom out. While this contract does not include popular Christmas and Easter weeks, we often find that they offer those to us anyway when we call to book. Maintenance fees for 2025 were $1584.33, and we typically are able to rent it for about that range to cover it on years when we do not use the unit.
