5-Star luxury at Grand Solmar's Land's End Resort and Spa

Land's End is very different from most resorts in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is tucked just over (behind) a small hill from the Marina Cabo San Lucas. Unlike most other 5-star resorts in Cabo, you can walk just over 1/2 mile into town and enjoy all the fun restaurants and bars the town has to offer. Not into walking? The location is still a great benefit, as Uber and Cab rides are very inexpensive thanks to the proximity to Cabo hot spots. The resort is extremely beautiful and built right into the rocky hillside. This offering is for a Grand Studio, which is about 742 sq. ft., making it about twice the size of an average hotel room. There is a kitchen, a large bath with a soaker tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanities. A king-size bed plus the Murphy bed can accommodate up to 4 people. A floor plan can be provided on request. All rooms at Grand Solmar are ocean-facing. The property has 5 massive pools and lots of restaurants. All-inclusive is available, but in the 13 years we've been going here, we've never used it. The in-town restaurants and bars are so close and so varied that having only resort food has never been of interest. The on-property sports bar is fun and has great breakfast; the pool bars have great burgers and other lunch fare. The beach is super clean, and there are NO beach vendors; the waves are amazing and will put you to sleep at night. The Pacific-side waves and undertow along this stretch can be extremely powerful, so swimming is highly discouraged.
