Annual Usage

3 Bedroom unit 223. As per the owner, the unit is located In bldg 1the first building to the left of the check in area. Close to the pool and to the 4 o'clock lift. 2nd floor faces the mountains to the north of Breckenridge but not the slopes. Business center is located in this bldg. Sat. to Sat. every 4-5 years there is an extra week (not wk 53) that goes with it. This option will be available in 2028. There is no maintenance fee charged to use this week but it will need to be requested at the end of 2026 when booking for the 2028 use year.
