The Grandview at Las Vegas is your very own oasis in the desert and the perfect place to stay and play. Guests can enjoy any one of the five heated pools, exercise in one of the two fitness centers, or play some video games in the arcade. The Grandview is a family-oriented resort adjacent to the South Point Casino, which has several restaurants, a movie theater, and a bowling alley.

Our week is 48. It's always in high demand as this week is either Thanksgiving week or a week after Thanksgiving.
The unit is fully paid-off and maintenance paid for 2026. Next maintenance fees is due on January 2027.
Buyer pays half of resort transfer fee and closing costs.
BONUS: Rent of this unit (in years when we couldn't go) has always been more than the yearly maintenance fees.
