This is an RCI points contract with 98000 points per year, with three years of points currently available. The upcoming maintenance fees are $1004.65. The sale price includes all 294000 points, so I am only looking for reimbursement for the maintenance fees for the points currently available. This is a great contract for trading into RCI resorts, offering a generous number of points and a reasonable maintenance fee.
The buyer can pick the closing company, and I will cover half the closing costs upto $300 of the closing costs and pay the RCI transfer fee.
