With your payment of $400 I will pay the closing costs AND GIVE YOU 122,000 POINTS THAT I HAVE BANKED! If you are already an RCI Points Member you would pay about $98 to them. If not a member you would pay RCI about $222 for your New RCI Points Membership. Your first maintenance fee would be be the 2027 Annual Maintenance Fee due 1/1/27.
