This is a studio unit in Phase I of Hacienda Encantada. Beautiful ocean and pool views. You can see Land's End from your room's balcony.

This is an even-year timeshare until 2044 but was Buy One Get One FREE so you pay for 9 years but get 18 years (we've used 6 years -- 2014-2024, so 9 years remaining on the even-year plus the 9 free odd-year units available) . You can use the free studio unit on odd years if you want to go yearly, or use 2 studio rooms at the same time if travelling with a friend (or upgrade to a 1 bedroom). If you decide to use this free unit, you only need to pay the maintenance fee, otherwise you won't have to worry about paying for anything, just the maintenance fee of your even-year unit. (Note: the free odd year unit is forfeited if not used on its allocated year; it cannot be extended/rolled over.)
