Up to two weeks can booked per year during Holiday weeks (New Year, Christmas, Thanksgiving and Bisbee's).

All weeks can be booked during winter season starting at 9 months in advance (November through May).

All weeks can be booked during summer season at 12 months in advance (June through October).

Real Estate Equity: Member has the right to apply a total of $576,00 USD towards the purchase of full ownership real estate. This equity transfer will be applied by trading in of contract.

About the Residence: The Residences, are the ultimate in luxurious accommodations at Hacienda Encantada. You are actually connecting yourself with a little part of Baja history.
