This "sale" of my 1 bedroom Premium Villa is for ZERO dollars. After 23 years of great times, we have decided to give it away to the next owner(s). This villa, located in Building 1 of the Harborside complex, is the larger of the 1 bedroom units (not the lock-off 1 bedroom). It has a full size kitchen, full size refrigerator, King size bed in the main bedroom and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The villa sleeps 4 comfortably. The villa has a stacked washer and dryer off of the dining room, jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom area, and a full shower and additional sink separated from the main bathroom. This fully paid for deeded property is in Building 1, and all balconies in Building 1 over look the Atlantis Yacht harbor

We would like to transfer ownership to the new owner(s) prior to December 31, 2026. Therefore, we will pay the 2026 maintenance fees (due in mid January 2026) and pay ALL Bahamian Real Estate transfer fees(Escrow). The Bahamian Escrow must be completed by a licensed Bahamian Attorney, which we have already selected and have been in contact with. So essentially, the new owner(s) only have to commit to the ownership transfer and your 2026 Harborside vacation is FREE.
The new owner will be responsible for all costs of the unit (maintenance fees) starting January 1, 2027.
