Week 26 Fixed / float 2 BR Lockoff Harborside, Atlantis

Guaranteed date from 12-10 months out. From 10 months out it becomes a float( you can change date) unless you have confirmed that you reserved date. Consists of a larger side which includes MBR, dining room with table which seats 6, living room with sofa bed and balcony( which usually has view of Marina and Atlantis), full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and kitchen, with dish washer, microwave convection oven. TVs in MBR and living room. Sleeps 4. W/D included. Wristband provided for 8 people which allows use of all amenities and rides at Atlantis. Smaller side of lockoff has MBR with TV and L/R with TV and sleep sofa. Small dining area, as well as small kitchen with microwave/convection oven, dishwasher and W/D included.
We paid a premium for this week because it includes July 4 holiday most years. For those who live in northeast region first day of week 26 is first weekend of summer vacation! We have enjoyed 20+ years at Harborside and have seen our grands enjoy it from infancy. We have had many beautiful memories there and hope you will too! We will pay transfer fees for deed.
