Atlantis Week 31 Yearly Fixed wk

This listing is for the sale of our Harborside Atlantis fixed timeshare week 31, which falls the first week of August. It is in Phase I and always a Saturday to Saturday rental. It is a 2 bedroom lockoff, which means that it has 2 bedrooms (one side larger than the other), 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 washer/dryers. There are 2 king sized beds and 2 pullout couches. It is approx 1,367 sq feet. I will be depositing the week within the next few days, so if anyone is interested right away, we can arrange for you to have use of it for 2026, which is Sat Aug 1 through Sat August 8. Otherwise, the first usage would be in 2027.
If you have not been to the Atlantis, they have an enormous waterpark, a casino, tons of great restaurants and bars, an underground aquarium, lots of water slides and pools, a movie theater, a sports lounge, a comedy club and lots of stuff for kids and adults to do. They have many sea animals on site, and it is pretty fun to watch them during feeding time! Harborside also has their own fitness center and pool. The resort is right next to the ocean, so it is very accessible as well.
